Implementation Technician

Responsibilities

• Travel to various client sites as needed to support hardware and software rollouts
• Image and deploy machines according to project specifications
• Install and configure software on end-user devices
• Set up and support Office 365 environments and related applications
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues on-site
• Cook up with project leads to ensure deployments stay on schedule
• Provide clear, professional communication and support to end users throughout the deployment process

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional IT Support experience
• Experience imaging and deploying machines in a business environment
• Proficiency installing and configuring software across multiple devices
• Working knowledge of Office 365
• Willingness and ability to travel to various sites as needed
• Flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends outside a standard 9am–5pm shift
• Strong presentation skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanor
