Implementation Specialist II - Payments
Responsible for
- Implementing Deluxe-proposed solutions and configurations on projects
- Maintaining client billability levels and billing rates
- Preparing implementation status reports
- Managing up to five small projects simultaneously
- Assisting on larger, more complex projects requiring multiple resources
- Delivering and supporting software solutions within expertise and product knowledge
- Customizing base software applications and entering customer-specific data
- Testing systems before and during implementation
- Documenting defects and resolution approaches
- Collaborating with team members to resolve issues
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based operating systems/networks
- Experience implementing or supporting software solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking and/or payment processing
Additional Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
Pay
The compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay offered will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience, and internal equity.
