About the role

The work is virtual.

As Nuvolo’s Implementation Specialist, you will assist in implementing Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s), leveraging your strong background in ServiceNow and utilizing Nuvolo’s Global Services Delivery model. You will participate in delivery projects by scripting and configuring the product to meet client requirements, ensuring all deliverables align with platform best practices and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure web services in our EAM platform, built on ServiceNow.
  • Configure and customize various Nuvolo Connected Workplace products.
  • Work with web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS & HTTP).
  • Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Dictionary Entries, Data Imports and Transforms, Workflows, ACLs, and others.
  • Work with Service Catalog and Service Portal.
  • Integrate the EAM platform with various third-party tools leveraging platform capabilities.
  • Assist in assessments of client product usage and workflows to identify areas for optimization, increased efficiency, and value enhancement.
  • Perform testing, validation, and code review for yourself and peers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript.
  • Knowledge of fundamental database concepts.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.

Pay

Annual base salary range: $112,986.66 – $157,569.99. Compensation is salaried and not incentive or commission eligible.
