Implementation Specialist II
About the role
For our client, we are seeking an Implementation Specialist II to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will support the configuration and implementation of technology solutions that improve workplace and asset management processes across a complex operational environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform enhancements, integrations, and user-facing capabilities. This position requires hands-on experience with platform development, scripting, and service delivery tools to help ensure reliable solutions that support day-to-day operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure web services in the EAM platform
- Customize and configure connected workplace products
- Work with web technologies including JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP
- Perform platform development, configuration, and analysis
- Use Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and other platform tools
- Work with Service Catalog and Service Portal
- Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer
- Experience with SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or GlideScript
- Proficiency with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and AJAX
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications

Pay
$112,986 – $157,569 annually
