What You'll Do
- Lead complex Acumatica ERP implementations from kickoff through discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
- Facilitate executive and operational discovery sessions to understand client goals, current processes, pain points, and future-state needs
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into practical Acumatica configurations, process designs, and solution recommendations
- Configure and support Acumatica across core ERP areas including financial management, project accounting, job costing, AP/AR, cash management, reporting, and construction workflows
- Define and coordinate data migration strategies, including mapping, validation, cleansing, import testing, and client sign-off
- Collaborate with developers, integration partners, and client technical teams on API needs, custom reports, and integration requirements
- Lead testing strategy and execution, including system integration testing, UAT, issue tracking, and go-live readiness assessments
- Develop and deliver role-based training for executives, finance teams, project managers, and operations users
- Manage implementation risks, scope changes, escalations, and client communications with a proactive, consultative approach
- Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices, process improvements, and system optimizations that maximize client value
- Mentor Implementation Specialists and contribute to the continuous improvement of Revive ERP's implementation methodology
