Implementation Specialist I

About the role

Zebra is seeking an individual to assist with the setup and testing of various technologies to contribute to the creation of a complete customer solution. This role involves assisting with the design, development, and testing of implementation assignments, participating in project reviews, and running tests under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the design, development, and testing of a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of a larger project.
• Assists with the development and testing of documentation describing the specific solution and implementation requirements.
• Participates and provides input in project reviews.
• Under supervision, runs tests designed by more experienced program/project leads.
• Reviews test results and performs root cause analysis to identify problems.
• Provides recommendations and implements solutions for general issues.
• Ensures compliance with quality processes and standards.
• Seeks out new tools to analyze and solve problems.
• Builds productive working relationships internally and externally.
• Serves as a contact for internal or external customers on routine matters.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Work Experience: 0-2 years
• Experience in IT system installation a strong plus
• Proficient in the use of: MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)
• Communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, uses proper language and grammar)

Pay

$23.62 - $35.42 hourly. In addition to base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
