Implementation Specialist I

Overview of Role/Job Purpose

An Implementation Specialist I is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to meet project goals.

Essential Job Duties

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
• Project Coordination: Develop and execute implementation strategies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients, resolving any issues that arise.
• Training and Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation to support the implementation process.
• Collaboration: Work with product management and other internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Perform user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of the implementation.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working in an implementation, project management, or a related field, working for a technical or SaaS company.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of relevant software and technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
