Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Leads the commercial group sales implementation operational processes for all new accounts, both fully insured and ASO. Primary duties may include but are not limited to all new case implementation activities and serves as a liaison between the Account Management team, Sales Support, Brokers and Customers. Responsible for all tracking, monitoring, and reporting progress of all functional areas throughout the implementation process. Assists in the development of tools and best practices necessary to improve installations. This role requires ability to handle multiple work processes concurrently with ease and must be able to lead and manage all calls both externally and internally.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial group sales implementation operational processes for all new accounts (fully insured and ASO)
• Manage all new case implementation activities
• Serve as liaison between Account Management team, Sales Support, Brokers, and Customers
• Track, monitor, and report progress of all functional areas throughout implementation
• Assist in developing tools and best practices to improve installations
• Lead and manage external and internal calls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history
• Nevada Life and Health Insurance license preferred
• 5 years' experience in administrative or similar position responsible for developing business communications OR 5 years' experience in health insurance/managed care environment in business processes and operating models such as utilization management, case management, patient outflow, and decision support
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated experience and passion for educating, coaching, or mentoring clients and brokers
• Project management familiarity with standards and industry best practices
• Proven process orientation, efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask multiple priorities and assignments
• Strong organizational skills
