About the role
As an Implementation Manager, you will manage the end-to-end implementation process for new enterprise clients joining eMed’s GLP-1 Population Health Program. From contract signature through go-live, you will lead all aspects of onboarding to ensure a seamless, efficient, and successful launch. This highly cross-functional role requires strong project management, client communication, and operational execution skills to ensure new clients are set up for long-term success with eMed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for new enterprise clients from post-contract signature through successful program launch.
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience) to coordinate deliverables and ensure alignment on timelines and responsibilities.
- Gather and manage client-specific requirements, including eligibility file formats, data feeds, branding preferences, communication strategies, and reporting needs.
- Work with client stakeholders (benefits leaders, consultants, IT, and others) to guide them through technical and operational onboarding activities.
- Facilitate training sessions for client teams on program operations, reporting dashboards, and participant support workflows.
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and timely launches.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and solution-oriented experience for clients throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level client implementations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of employer benefits ecosystems, health plans, and vendor coordination preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, or account management roles, preferably in digital health, healthcare services, benefits, or population health.
