About the role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize healthcare IT systems. Ensure seamless integration with existing workflows and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments within healthcare organizations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth operation of implemented systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare IT and RCM.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare IT or RCM, with a focus on revenue cycle management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in healthcare IT tools and software, including but not limited to EHRs, RCM platforms, and project management software.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
- CEHRS certification preferred.
