About the Role

You will lead the development of a high-performing implementation organization, ensuring consistent and scalable delivery across various customer needs. This includes building a team of engagement managers and consultants, developing future leaders, and fostering a culture of customer obsession and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Scale a High-Performing Implementation Organization
  • Lead and grow a team of Engagement Managers, and Consultants
  • Create a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and continuous improvement
  • Define the Future of Delivery
  • Continuously evolve implementation methodologies, operating models, and delivery practices
  • Drive automation-first and data-driven delivery excellence
  • Improve scalability, predictability, quality, and customer experience across all engagements
  • Be the Bridge Between Customers and Product
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
  • Influence product roadmap discussions based on market needs and customer insights
  • Drive adoption of new capabilities and innovations across the customer base
  • Own implementation health, customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and regional services performance
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support growth, expansion, and strategic customer relationships
  • Ensure effective capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 15 to 20 years of experience leading enterprise HCM Implementation, HCM, consulting, or transformation organizations
  • Proven experience managing large-scale HCM implementations across platforms
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive transformation conversations
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing delivery organizations
  • Experience managing complex customer portfolios in enterprise environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of services business economics
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-changing environments
  • Data-driven, automation-first, and systems-oriented approach to leadership
