About the role
As a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Implementation Consultant, you will become a subject-matter expert focused on Senior Living and Long-Term Care customers. Working collaboratively with a team, you will lead clients through software implementation, provide training, and recommend best-practice workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-value consulting services that drive RCM transformation through successful adoption of MatrixCare products and services for Senior Living and Long-Term Care customers.
- Provide best-practice training to customer teams using a deep understanding of MatrixCare RCM performance and reporting tools.
- Manage the customer feedback loop to account management and product management teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Assist the MatrixCare Implementation and Training Team in building best practices for customer implementations to drive long-term success.
- Serve as an RCM Consultant/Subject Matter Expert to the e-learning content team and as a key presenter for monthly, web-based customer trainings.
- Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools.
- Utilize analytics tools to drive customer success.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the Senior Living and Long-Term Care industry.
- Ability to become a MatrixCare Subject Matter Expert.
- Basic understanding of Organizational Change Management principles.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and professional presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects from issue identification through resolution.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance affecting the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting.
- Healthcare software implementation and/or training experience for Revenue Cycle Management teams.
- Experience implementing/training software users in a highly diversified environment.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.

Pay
Base pay range for this position: $68,000.00 – $94,000.00. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring up to 75% travel.
