Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer’s absolute success!
• Use your knowledge of our software and industry best practices to help our customers implement our software.
• Lead and/or participate in project kick-off, business process review, data transformation, procedure development, training, and go-live.
• Lead and/or participate in weekly status calls with customers, discussing project status, best practices, and progress towards implementation completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact on assigned projects.
• Utilize DMSi’s internal project management, customer support and knowledge tools.
• Participate in specialized teams, workgroups, or value-added areas like Power Teams.
• Lead, attend and assist with training for internal personnel, customers, and prospects.
• Work to develop deep industry knowledge and how it translates into our ERP platform.
• Work to become a Subject Matter Expert on aspects of our ERP platform.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of ERP System concepts; understand business processes, firm grasp of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for training, emails, documentation, presentations, etc.
• Good analytical, logical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Able to apply Project Management principles and utilize DMSi’s project methodology to provide and manage professional services.
• Able to positively interact with all levels of the company and with others outside the company.
• Able to maintain a high degree of tact, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent work experience.

Experience and Physical Demands

• Normal office environment with use of computers and telephone systems; no unusual physical demands.
• Travel to customer locations including overnight, business air travel, and car rental.
