Implementation Analyst
About the role
We are seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our Implementation Team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with 1-3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong project management skills, a heightened attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort with AI tools are required.
Responsibilities
- Implement our software for private fund clients, translating their complex requirements into working solutions
- Build relationships with clients, plan onboarding and roll-out processes for new fund managers
- Evaluate product enhancements
- Analyze key requirements for clients to help Product Managers prioritize the product roadmap
- Deliver on key milestones throughout the entire life of the project while managing the relationship with clients
- Train clients on our complex fund software and support them as they adopt our product
Requirements
Technically curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable are essential traits for this role. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong project management skills. A heightened attention to detail and strong communication skills are also required, including both written and verbal abilities. Additionally, you should be comfortable with and excited about using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving in your daily work.
Qualifications
While a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is preferred, we consider candidates with other relevant degrees. Experience in a technical client-facing role, such as technical onboarding, solution consulting, or implementation, is highly valued. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with clients are essential. You should also be comfortable with and excited about using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving in your daily work.

The compensation range for this position is $85K - $95K.
