Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed project plans to ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support during the implementation phase.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Document project activities, issues, and outcomes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT implementation or project management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services.
• Understanding of data architecture and database management systems.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
