Responsibilities

• Build bridges and coalitions to advance human rights and democracy
• Defend the rule of law while innovating towards common-sense solutions
• Support basic rights and freedoms through research, advocacy, and coalition-building

Requirements

• Determination to bring people together to support basic rights and freedoms
• Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in human rights advocacy or related fields
