Immunohematology Sales Specialist (Account Executive) - Capital Lab Equipment Sales - New England
About the role
Grifols is a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people worldwide. We are seeking an Immunohematology Sales Specialist (Account Executive) to oversee the territory of New England (CT, MA, Upstate NY, NH, eastern PA, RI).
Responsibilities
- Build strategic customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and prioritize customer needs and market trends.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet customer priorities and achieve sales targets.
- Secure and coordinate necessary resources to communicate value propositions to customers.
- Maximize revenue and account profitability within the assigned sales territory.
- Generate accurate sales and accrual forecasts.
- Ensure contract compliance and inventory levels are maintained.
- Generate sales reports and pipeline data to achieve annual sales and operating income targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of documented success selling capital equipment within acute care hospital settings and IDNs.
Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and budgets.
- Laboratory/diagnostics experience preferred.

Pay
The estimated pay scale for this role is $113,711 to $135,000 per year. Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in the company’s sales incentive plan with a $45,000 uncapped commission target.
