About the role

STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Scientist, Research & Development, you will play a key role in advancing scientific research through the development and optimization of cell culture media and cell separation systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of R&D projects, including the development of new cell culture media and cell separation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of research projects.
• Perform experiments to validate product performance and optimize processes.
• Write technical reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
• Stay updated with the latest scientific literature and industry trends to inform product development and process improvements.

Requirements

• A PhD in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience in cell culture media development and cell separation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in academic or industrial research settings.
• Experience with cell culture techniques and analytical methods.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Fluency in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
