Immigration Paralegal (Business Immigration Focus) – Pittsburgh, PA
Responsibilities
- Prepare filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and other government agencies
- Communicate with attorneys and clients
- Complete forms
- Gather facts and evidence to support clients’ applications
Requirements
- Strong PERM, H-1B and Consular Processing experience
- Excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office products and INSZoom
Qualifications
- Paralegal certification or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Pay
The salary range at the time of posting is $29 - $34.94, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.
