Immigration Paralegal
About the role
The Immigration Paralegal III plays a crucial role in supporting Fisher Phillips' attorneys by handling specialized document preparation and maintaining excellent client service. This position requires extensive experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, particularly within large law firms.
Responsibilities
- Prepares H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM applications, and manages complex immigration processes.
- Responds to RFEs and audits for PERM cases.
- Uses Word, Outlook, and document management systems like INSZoom for efficient case management.
- Maintains strong organizational, prioritization, and client service skills.
- Writes clearly and accurately, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a business immigration setting, preferably in a large law firm.
- Extensive proficiency in preparing various immigration documents, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM applications.
- Strong experience in responding to RFEs and auditing PERM cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Outlook.
- Outstanding case management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional business writing and attention to detail.
