Responsibilities
- Preparing and filing applications with USCIS, including but not limited to family-based petitions, adjustment of status, provisional waivers, naturalization, and U-Visas.
- Filing applications with the Immigration Court, with a focus on asylum and cancellation of removal applications.
- Drafting motions for filing with the Immigration Court, such as Motions to Change Venue, Motions to Consolidate, Motions to Substitute Counsel, etc.
- Communicating with clients to gather evidence and information in support of their case.
- Drafting affidavits with clients in support of their case.
- Electronically filing applications and requests with different immigration agencies, including but not limited to: FOIA requests with USCIS, and electronic filing of applications and motions with the Immigration Court.
- Organizing and managing case deadlines.
- Entering information, documents, and notes into case management software.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Minimum Education: College Education or equivalent
- Immigration Paralegal experience (At least 1 year of experience)

Pay
Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
