We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract content:
- Posted date etc: not needed.
- Company: NVI, LLC. State: NM New Mexico? Actually says State: NM New Mexico but later says Sulphur, LA Division. Might be contradictory. But we keep info: NVI, LLC, a Louisiana-based nondestructive testing service provider, is hiring motivated CR professionals for immediate openings to support our Sulphur, LA Division.
- Key Benefits Include: list of benefits.
- Then description: At NVI, we are dedicated... etc.
- Then "The Level II Computed Radiographer is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job descriptions:" then list of duties.
- Then "Skills Required Qualifications:" then list of required qualifications.
- Then "Preferred Qualifications & Experience" list.
- Then "Company Benefits NVI offers full benefits including 401k with Employer Match, Health, Dental, Life, Disability and Vision Insurances. Paid Holidays. Paid Time Off after one year of employment."
- Pay: "Pay: D.O.E." (Depends on Experience) - that's not specific; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Pay: D.O.E." which is vague; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific (just D.O.E.). The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we should omit Pay section.
- Schedule: not mentioned; omit.
- Benefits: we have specific benefits listed: Impressive salaries: Competitive pay for Level II Technicians and entry level positions when compared to our competitors; Recruitment incentives (referral bonuses, etc.); Training and development opportunities are available and encouraged; NVI makes a significant annual investment into our internal training programs which are offered to employees at no cost; Accolades for exceptional performance (employee excellence awards, etc.); Competitive healthcare programs for you and your family; New vehicle fleet with advanced safety features; Complimentary meals and beverages at all office and some worksite locations. Also later: Company Benefits NVI offers full benefits including 401k with Employer Match, Health, Dental, Life, Disability and Vision Insurances. Paid Holidays. Paid Time Off after one year of employment.
We need to combine benefits into a Benefits section.
- About the role: we have description of company and role: NVI, LLC... hiring motivated CR professionals... At NVI, we are dedicated... etc. Also maybe "We are excited for you to join our amazing team of NDE professionals." That's about role.
- Responsibilities: list of duties after "The Level II Computed Radiographer is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job descriptions:" then bullet list.
- Requirements: maybe combine Skills Required Qualifications (required) and maybe also include "Required to establish and manage all safety procedures..." but that's part of responsibilities. The required qualifications list: High school diploma or G.E.D.; Current Level II Computed Radiography certification; Valid State Radiographers card or IRRSP card; A minimum of 80 hours of documented Radiography Level I and II training; A minimum of 40 hours of documented Computed Radiography training; 16 hours of documented CR Software/Hardware training (GE/Waygate or VMI preferred); Familiar with applicable welding codes, i.e., ASME, API, AWS, etc.; List of projects managed as a Level II Computed Radiographer; Valid U.S. driver's license and able to pass Motor Vehicle History Evaluations; Able to pass an FBI background verification in accordance with Company's Increased Controls program; Able to pass the Company's Drug/Alcohol, Fit for Duty, and Ergonomic Testing policies/procedures; Able to pass the Company's Level II Computed Radiography certification process.
- Skills: maybe we separate Skills from Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for Skills, Qualifications, etc. We have "Skills Required Qualifications:" heading in text. Could treat that as Qualifications. Then "Preferred Qualifications & Experience" could be Skills? Or we could have Qualifications (required) and Skills (preferred). But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: We'll have Qualifications (required) and Skills (preferred). Or we could combine required and preferred into Qualifications. But we have separate sections for Skills and Qualifications per instruction. We'll create:
- Qualifications: list of required qualifications.
- Skills: list of preferred qualifications & experience.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- About the role: company description and role overview.
- Responsibilities: duties.
We must not include Pay or Schedule.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet point as is, not summarizing.
We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
Thus:
maybe not needed; just headings
and then content.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /.
Let's craft:

We have "Training and development opportunities are available and encouraged." and "NVI makes a significant annual investment into our internal training programs which are offered to employees at no cost." Both separate.
We have "Accolades for exceptional performance (employee excellence awards, etc.)". Good.

We have "401k with Employer Match." and "Health, Dental, Life, Disability and Vision Insurances." and "Paid Holidays." and "Paid Time Off after one year of employment."
We didn't include "Impressive salaries:" as separate; we incorporated into competitive pay bullet.
