Immediate Need : EPM Program Manager - Finance Transformation & Accounting @ Chicago, IL - 6 Months with EXT - Hybrid Role

About the role

The Program Manager - EPM, Finance Transformation, Accounting will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on EPM, Oracle Workday, and ERP system integrations within a mid-sized organization. The role requires a strong background in finance transformation, technology integration, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial strategy into operational execution
• Led cross-functional projects/programs/portfolio valued at $2M
• Experience in large-scale finance operations
• Familiarity with finance systems such as EPM, Oracle Workday, and Anaplan
• Proficiency in tools like Smartsheet

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program and portfolio management with a focus on finance transformation and technology integration
• Accounting and finance experience in mid-level roles

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of EPM and modeling
• Workday experience

Skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of finance systems and tools
