Finance Transformation Program Manager
We are seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise-wide Finance Transformation initiative for a global media and entertainment company. This role demands strategic oversight, program governance, and executive-level stakeholder management within a highly complex, matrixed environment.
About the role
As the accountable leader for global program execution, you will direct delivery across multiple workstreams and maintain executive alignment amid shifting priorities and high visibility. Success requires influencing without direct authority, navigating organizational politics, and demonstrating calm, disciplined leadership under pressure.
Work Location: 4 days onsite in San Fernando Valley, CA (flexible work hours)
Duration: 12-24 months
Responsibilities
- Drive global delivery across multiple workstreams, overseeing 20+ Finance and IT Project Managers distributed across IT, Business, and Vendor teams within each business segment.
- Serve as a trusted partner for senior executives; escalate issues with discretion and maintain trust at all levels.
- Harmonize competing priorities across divisions; secure buy-in through political savvy and strong interpersonal influence.
- Interpret financial transformation implications, make informed decisions, and drive execution tied to financial transformation goals.
- Track shifting priorities and decisions; ensure effective communication to the right audience at the right time.
- Maintain cadence, reporting, and governance throughout program phases; act as the visible, accountable leader for progress and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Program Director-level experience leading enterprise-scale finance (ERP/EPM) transformation programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to lead with influence and authority, owning results without direct line control over resources.
- Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of navigating SVP/C-suite environments.
- Strong judgment, adaptability, and operational discipline in changing, high-pressure environments.
- A calm, collegial approach combined with organizational rigor and outstanding communication skills.

Pay
Pay Rate Range: $95/hr - $115/hr
