Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of finance transformation programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and ROI expectations.
Qualifications Important (or resumes will be ignored)
- 8+ years of experience in program and portfolio management, with a focus on finance transformation and technology integration
- Accounting and finance experience in mid-level roles
- Led cross functional projects/programs/portfolio $2M+
- Experience in large-scale finance operations
- Ability to translate financial strategy into operational execution
- Familiarity with finance systems (e.g., EPM, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan)
- Proficiency in Smartsheet
- Strong conflict resolution, active listening, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
- Skilled at navigating competing priorities and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Clear, concise communicator, especially when translating technical or financial concepts
- Able to see the big picture while managing tactical details
- Hightly organized (attention to details)
- Flexible and open to feedback
- Strong management skills and ability to multi-task competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations
- Able to conform to shifting demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
- College Bachelor's degree

- Aviation industry experience
- Process/Improvement, and organizational change management experience
- PMP
- PfMP
- Green Belt / LSS
- Exposure to Agile, MS Teams, and Visio
Additional Notes from Hiring Manager
- Preferred Hybrid role 2 to 3 days per week onsite; pivot as required if policy changes in future; on-site location@ Willis and/or @Arlington Heights)
- If remote only candidate, must be willing to travel for stakeholder meetings as needed.
- Minimal (10%) if any business travel
- Seeking well-rounded candidates and NOT heavy IT or construction, with Finance project management experience
- Candidate reports to Director, Enterprise PMO
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- High level interview process: initial interview, panel interview, and leadership interview
