Immediate Need-Board Certified Behavior Analyst
About the role

Our behavioral programs are based on the principles of applied behavior analysis using best practice standards for achieving behavioral change. You must be able to work independently as well as with managerial staff, patients/family members, and other co-workers courteously.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized plans to address problem behaviors effectively through thorough analyses of family members.
- Define target behaviors and design data collection systems for accurate measurement and progress tracking.
- Guide staff members in implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.
- Record FBA and BSP for all cases on electronic health records (CYBER) on a quarterly basis.
- Contribute to the positive development of each individual under your care through attention to detail in data recording and monitoring.
Requirements
- Master's degree in healthcare/social service field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in the State of NJ.
- At least 2-3 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Proficient skills in completing comprehensive Functional Assessments and Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- People management skills and the ability to network and manage a team.
Qualifications
