About the role
The Imaging Scheduler position at OSH is a full-time role from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and the potential for quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Accurately schedule tests and procedures according to departmental and procedural guidelines, respecting provider preferences.
- Work closely with the clinical healthcare team to enhance service quality by efficiently coordinating patients and clinical resources.
- Interview patients and complete the admission process, ensuring all necessary information is gathered, records are accurate, and patients are informed of relevant hospital policies and practices.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous healthcare experience required.
- Scheduler experience strongly preferred.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and work prioritization skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical office terminology.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $XX.XX - $XXX.XX per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The Imaging Scheduler works a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
