IHBS Therapist

About the role

The In-Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication. Bilingual and PRIDE opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes
• Treat youth’s behavioral needs through evidence-based practices
• Support caregivers in understanding and addressing children's behavioral patterns
• Improve communication between youth and caregivers

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or related human services field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone (required for Fee-for-Service positions)
• Access to high-speed secure internet (required for Full-Time positions)

Pay

• Full-Time: Salary range of $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate: $60 per hour over productivity

Schedule

Early Friday closures at 12:30 PM from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
