About the role
Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. The In-Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication. Opportunities available for bilingual clinicians and PRIDE programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home
- Treat youth’s behavioral needs
- Support caregivers to better understand their children's needs through behavior pattern exploration and improved communication
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or related human services field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders (preferred)
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone (required for Fee-for-Service positions)
- Access to high-speed secure internet (required for Full-Time positions)

Pay
- Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
- Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
- Incentive Rate: $60/hour over productivity
Schedule
Early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
