IHBS Therapist

About the role

Responsible for providing support services to children, youth, and families in a home or community setting. Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities
• Facilitate communication between clients and external agencies
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on client needs

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$30-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend availability.
