As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a vital role in our facility’s daily operations, contributing to a safe and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory, store items in an orderly and accessible manner, and inspect stock for wear or defects, reporting issues to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Perform physical tasks including frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. during loading/unloading of trucks.
• Stand for up to 12 hours to perform job-related tasks.
• Complete any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Basic math computation skills.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. It also demands good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds depending on specific job duties.

This is a safety-sensitive position.

Travel Requirements: Local travel less than 10%.

Pay

Compensation range: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
