IDB DEPUTY DIRECTOR - 80613

Key Responsibilities

• Executive leadership and operational continuity
• Strategic support and consultation with board members/board leadership
• Oversight of agency administrative functions and agency staff, as necessary
• Appeal review and monthly disciplinary collection/distribution
• Executive oversight of legal operations when assigned
• Executive oversight of IT initiative, including data analytics, technology modernization, systems implementation, and technology projects, when assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field
• 5-10 years of leadership or managerial experience in corrections, public administration, compliance oversight, or a similar regulatory environment
• Active license to practice law in Tennessee
• Experience overseeing IT projects, including technology stacks such as C#, JavaScript, and Python
