Responsibilities
- Provides supervision and motivation to staff and residents within an assigned facility.
- Ensures facility compliance with Company and client contract requirements.
- Supervises the Business Office staff, Medical staff, Teachers, Storekeeper, Facility Coordinator, Program Activities, Classification, and Kitchen activities and staff.
- Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance.
- Monitors facility activities and inspects for general adherence to established Company procedures, cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Functions as Director when Director is absent/off premises.
- Conducts tours of the facility.
- Serves as member of QM Committee.
- Completes monthly reports.
- Functions as a liaison with the client at all times.
- Hires and manages work activities during 90-day orientation period for new hires within assigned departments and oversees staff training.
- Serves on the training committee.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
- Five (5) years’ experience in management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
