ICU RN PRN - Nightshift

About the role

Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff
• Ensures accurate and timely communication of patient information
• Administers medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Supports patient and family education about health and treatment plans
• Collaborates with team members to foster a cooperative work environment
• Assumes responsibility for professional growth and adherence to hospital standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Valid nursing license or eligibility in Texas
• Minimum of six months RN experience
