As an RN in the ICU at Piedmont Fayette Hospital, you will work PRN on night shifts, with a minimum requirement of 6 shifts per 6-week schedule. You'll work in a positive, collaborative environment alongside dedicated team members, using state-of-the-art technology that strengthens patient care and services. You may also participate in clinical research that opens doors to working on the forefront of medical advances.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Function within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Requirements

• Graduation from a nursing program.
• One year of hospital experience in a critical care setting.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• ACLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
