ICU RN - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a 6-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, focusing on acute cardiac and critical care patients. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards.Develop and communicate individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and families.Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities.Support a healing environment through education and compassionate care. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.Current RN licensure required.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
