ICU Registered Nurse - Surgical and Transplant

Role: Registered Nurse in Surgical and Transplant ICU Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based nursing care to complex post-surgical and transplant patients, closely monitor patient status, manage life-support and infusion therapies, respond effectively to emergencies, and collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Additional duties include: patient and family education, safe medication administration, accurate documentation, and supporting quality, safety, and infection-prevention initiatives in a fast-paced ICU environment. Qualifications and Skills: Strong clinical skills in critical care, ability to work collaboratively, excellent communication, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
