About the role

Role: Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, providing critical care for post-surgical and complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based critical care, including ventilator and hemodynamic management.
• Perform rapid assessments and emergency interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with intensivists and an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in critical or acute care settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and emergency response skills.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient education abilities.
