Registered Nurse - Surgical ICU

Responsibilities

• Providing high-acuity post-surgical care for critically ill patients
• Managing ventilators, intravenous drips, and complex hemodynamic monitoring
• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and responding rapidly to changes in condition
• Implementing evidence-based interventions and ensuring accurate documentation in EMR
• Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Supporting and educating patients' families
• Maintaining safety and infection-control standards
• Engaging in continuous learning within a mission-driven, faith-based environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse licensure
• Experience or knowledge in critical care nursing, especially post-surgical and ventilator management
• Strong assessment and rapid response skills
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and educational abilities
• Commitment to safety, infection control, and professional development
