Registered Nurse - Surgical ICU

Role: Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based critical care to post-surgical and complex patients, monitor patient status, manage ventilators and IV drips, and respond swiftly to clinical changes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support patient families, and mentor peers to ensure high-quality care. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing licensure, critical care competency, strong assessment and response skills, and ability to work effectively in a high-acuity environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
