ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a critical care setting within an ICU environment, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Key Responsibilities Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication.Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in professional development.Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring effective communication across care teams.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Respond to emergencies and uphold safety standards, working in a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications & Skills RN licensure required; Nursing diploma or associate degree necessary; Bachelor’s preferred.ICU experience required; no prior supervisory experience needed.Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
