Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - ICU Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and take responsibility for nursing outcomes. Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing staff, contribute to safety, and promote high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN license, BLS/CPR certification, preferably a BSN degree, with a minimum of one year hospital nursing experience preferred.
