Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status
- Perform ongoing assessments and document care
- Participate in multidisciplinary planning
- Support patient teaching and discharge planning
- Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist staff in delivering care
Requirements
- At least 2 years of ICU experience
- Active Illinois RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification (required within 30 days)
- Ability to work every other weekend
