Seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Delivering direct patient care
- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements
- At least 2 years of ICU experience
- Valid RN license in Iowa or a compact state
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI
- Experience with the EPIC EMR system
- Ability to work every third weekend
