Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status using age-specific data
• Perform ongoing assessments and document care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in care planning, patient teaching, and discharge planning

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Active Illinois RN license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Flexibility to work every other weekend
