ICU Nurse Manager

About the role

The ICU Nurse Manager will assess, plan, and evaluate patient care on a 24-hour basis for a specific service line or unit. You will have authority and responsibility for implementing hospital unit standards, policies, and procedures, and be accountable for quality and safety, service excellence, staff performance, employee satisfaction, and budgetary responsibility within your scope.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive leadership in an acute care setting
• High level of interpersonal skills to resolve complex problems and negotiate in sensitive situations
• BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• National certification or nursing administrative certification within one year in specialty specific to care provided
• PALS, ACLS as required by specialty

Pay

Salary Range: $119,283.00 – $190,791.00 USD. We offer competitive base rates determined by job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. Some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
