Oversees a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Lead the implementation of divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives with clear targets and goals.
- Direct the development and execution of processes aligned with organizational policies and best practices.
- Recommend and approve improvements to enhance practices and outcomes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 1 year in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or relevant nursing organizations.
- Valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
