About the role
The Manager Nursing oversees a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Managing and guiding the team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Leading the execution of divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives with clear targets and goals.
- Developing and implementing processes aligned with organizational policies and best practices.
- Approving opportunities and recommendations to enhance practices and optimize outcomes.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Five years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including one year in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or similar organizations.
- Valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
