About the role
This ICU Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is full time at 36 hours per week on the ICU Unit. This position performs a dual function, clinical and managerial. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting, performs disciplinary actions, participates in hiring and termination of staff.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with physicians, Nurse Manager, and co-workers about changes in patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
Requirements
- Current NV State Registered Nurse Licensure
- Minimum of 3 years' nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification as appropriate for department
- Specialty Certification preferred
Pay
$42.28/Hr. - $63.43/Hr.
Schedule
Full Time; Night shift
