We are seeking an ICU Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our ICU team in providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include delivering direct and indirect clinical care, performing disciplinary actions, participating in hiring and staff management, and communicating with physicians and team members about patient conditions and diagnostic results. The role requires assessing and managing patient pain, revising care plans based on patient responses, and including families in education. Qualifications include current NV RN licensure, minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, and appropriate certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or enrollment in an accredited program within one year is preferred. Skills needed are clinical expertise within the specialty, effective communication, quick response to clinical changes, and leadership abilities.
